Self-Adhesive Labels and Sticker Solutions
Your product packaging is often the first thing a customer notices — and a high-quality label is one of the most direct and cost-effective ways to make that first impression count. Whether you are launching a new product, rebranding an existing range, or scaling up production for a growing business, the label on your product communicates your brand identity, your quality standards and your professionalism before the customer has read a single word.
At NytronPackaging, we produce premium self-adhesive labels designed for businesses that need durability, sharp print quality and professional finishing across a wide range of industries and applications. From food and beverage packaging to cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, household products, logistics and retail branding — our labels are produced to deliver strong adhesion, consistent print quality and long-lasting performance in the environments your product actually operates in.
Product Labels
Product labels are the primary branding and information carrier on most consumer and commercial products. They need to look right on shelf, carry all required product information clearly and legibly, survive the handling and storage conditions the product will go through, and remain firmly adhered to the container from the moment of application to the moment the consumer opens or uses the product.
We produce product labels in a wide range of shapes, sizes, materials and finishes for food, beverage, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, household and industrial products. Each label is produced to the exact dimensions and material specification required for the product and container it will be applied to, with print quality that accurately represents the brand colours and imagery in the original artwork.
Barcode and Variable Data Labels
Barcode labels and variable data labels carry information that changes from label to label — serial numbers, batch codes, expiry dates, GS1 barcodes, QR codes, weight-based pricing data and similar variable content. They are used in retail, logistics, pharmaceuticals, food production and any application where individual product identification, traceability or point-of-sale scanning is required.
We produce barcode and variable data labels using digital printing and thermal transfer systems that deliver the print quality and scan reliability required for retail and logistics applications. All barcodes are verified against GS1 standards before release, and we can produce labels pre-programmed with sequential serial number ranges, date codes or other variable data sequences as required. For pharmaceutical clients, our serialisation-ready labels meet the regulatory requirements for batch-level and unit-level product traceability.
Bottle and Jar Labels
Bottle and jar labels have specific requirements that general-purpose labels do not always meet. They need to conform to curved surfaces without bubbling, wrinkling or lifting at the edges. They need to withstand moisture and condensation — particularly for beverage, sauce and personal care applications where the bottle surface may be wet at the point of application or during storage. And they need to remain firmly adhered and visually intact through refrigeration, freezing, handling and the full retail and domestic use cycle of the product.
We produce bottle and jar labels in materials and adhesive systems specifically selected for curved surface application and wet or cold environment performance. Clear labels on clear containers create a no-label look that communicates premium quality. White and paper labels provide a more traditional label appearance. Metallised and foil labels add a premium, high-end finish to bottles and jars in the cosmetic, spirits, sauce and condiment categories.
Tamper-Evident Labels
Tamper-evident labels provide visible proof that a product has not been opened or interfered with between the point of manufacture and the point of purchase or use. Once applied, a tamper-evident label cannot be removed cleanly — it either tears irreparably, leaves a visible residue or void pattern on the surface it was applied to, or both. This makes it immediately apparent to the consumer, retailer or end user if the seal has been broken.
We supply tamper-evident labels for food and beverage products, pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products, cosmetics, electronics and any other application where product integrity assurance is a regulatory requirement or a consumer trust priority. Formats include destructible vinyl labels that tear when removal is attempted, void labels that leave a VOID pattern on the container surface when removed, and security seal labels that bridge the closure of a container and cannot be reinstated once broken.
Transparent and Clear Labels
Clear labels applied to clear or light-coloured containers create a no-label look — the label appears to be part of the container itself rather than applied to it, and the product inside is visible through both the container and the label. This finish is widely used in premium food, beverage, cosmetic and personal care packaging where a clean, uncluttered shelf presence communicates quality and sophistication.
The print on a clear label needs to be designed with the clear substrate in mind — colours appear differently on clear film than on white or paper stock, and elements that need to appear white require a white ink underprint. We advise on artwork preparation for clear labels as part of our pre-press service and produce a proof on the correct substrate material for approval before production begins.
Matte and Gloss Finish Labels
The finish of a label — whether it is glossy, matte, soft-touch or somewhere in between — is one of the most powerful tools available to a brand designer. Gloss finishes communicate energy, freshness and value. Matte and soft-touch finishes communicate premium quality, sophistication and restraint. The right choice depends on the brand positioning of the product and the category conventions it is operating in.
We produce labels in both gloss and matte finishes across all label materials, and we can apply protective laminates and varnishes over the print to enhance the finish, protect the ink from abrasion and moisture, and add tactile elements — spot UV gloss on a matte background, for example — that make the label stand out on shelf. We can also combine finishes within a single label where the design calls for it.
Custom Shape Die-Cut Labels and Stickers
Die-cutting allows labels and stickers to be produced in any shape — not just rectangles and ovals, but custom contours, intricate outlines, brand-specific shapes and complex geometries that reinforce the visual identity of the product or brand. A label that is shaped to follow the contour of a product, or a sticker that is cut to the exact outline of a logo or character, creates a visual impact that a standard rectangular label cannot achieve.
We produce die-cut labels and stickers to custom shapes using precision tooling, and we can produce new die tooling for any shape that is not already in our existing library. For promotional stickers, brand stickers, product seals and decorative labels, die-cutting is one of the most effective ways to elevate the presentation of a product or brand at a modest cost.
Promotional and Branding Stickers
Promotional and branding stickers serve a different purpose from product labels — they are used for brand building, marketing campaigns, event promotion, product sampling, retail point-of-sale activation and consumer engagement rather than primary product identification. They are typically applied by hand, distributed at events, included in packaging as an added value element, or used as a sealing device on mailer bags, gift wrapping or retail packaging.
We produce promotional and branding stickers in full-colour print on a range of materials — gloss white, matte white, clear, kraft and metallic finishes — with custom die-cut shapes and a choice of adhesive strengths depending on whether the sticker is intended to be permanent or removable. Short runs are available for campaign-specific stickers, and we can turn around promotional sticker orders quickly when campaign timelines are tight.
Industrial and Logistics Labels
Industrial and logistics labels operate in demanding environments — warehouses, cold stores, outdoor storage, production floors, chemical exposure, heavy handling — and need to perform reliably in conditions that would quickly destroy a standard consumer label. They need to adhere firmly to a wide range of surfaces including cardboard, plastic, metal, timber and concrete block, remain legible and scannable throughout the supply chain journey, and withstand whatever physical and environmental conditions they encounter along the way.
We supply industrial and logistics labels in durable synthetic materials with high-tack adhesives engineered for the surface types and environmental conditions of each specific application. For cold store and freezer applications, we use adhesives that remain effective at temperatures below zero. For chemical exposure environments, we use materials and adhesives resistant to the specific chemicals present. For outdoor applications, we use UV-stabilised inks and materials that do not fade, crack or delaminate in sunlight and rain.
Waterproof and Oil-Resistant Labels
Standard paper labels fail quickly in wet, oily or humid environments — they absorb moisture, soften, lose adhesion and become illegible. For products stored in refrigerators, used in kitchens, applied to oily surfaces, or operating in any environment where moisture or grease is present, a waterproof or oil-resistant label is not optional — it is a basic requirement.
We produce waterproof labels on synthetic film substrates — BOPP, polyester and vinyl — with adhesive systems that maintain full adhesion on wet surfaces and through repeated moisture exposure. Oil-resistant labels use materials and overcoatings that repel grease and oil and maintain print legibility in food processing, automotive, industrial and kitchen product applications. If you are currently experiencing label failures — peeling, smudging, fading or adhesive failure — in a wet or oily environment, talk to us about a material and adhesive upgrade.
Why Choose Our Self-Adhesive Labels
Premium Print Quality
We produce labels with vibrant, high-resolution print and excellent colour accuracy across all substrates and finishes. Colour is managed from the original artwork file through pre-press proofing to production, ensuring the label that goes on your product is a faithful, consistent representation of your brand design.
Strong and Reliable Adhesion
Our labels are specified with the adhesive system most appropriate for the surface they will be applied to — plastic, glass, paper, metal, flexible packaging film — and for the environmental conditions they will operate in. We do not use a single generic adhesive across all applications and hope for the best. Adhesive selection is a technical decision that affects whether your label stays on your product throughout its entire life cycle.
Durable and Long-Lasting
Labels are specified to withstand the conditions your product will encounter — moisture, heat, refrigeration, freezing, handling, abrasion and transportation — without peeling, fading, smudging or failing. If your current labels are not performing as they should, we will identify the cause and specify a material and adhesive combination that resolves it.
Custom Finishing Options
Gloss, matte, metallic, transparent, embossed, laminated, soft-touch and spot UV finishes are all available, individually or in combination. Finishing is not just about aesthetics — the right overlaminate or varnish also protects the print from abrasion and moisture and extends the visual life of the label in use.
Flexible Production Quantities
Whether you need a short run for a product launch, a seasonal promotion or a limited edition, or you are ordering large-scale commercial volumes, we produce labels at quantities that make commercial sense for your business. We do not impose minimum order quantities that are beyond the practical needs of smaller brands, and our pricing scales efficiently with volume for larger runs.
Industries We Serve
We supply self-adhesive labels to businesses across a broad range of industries. In food and beverage, we produce product labels, ingredient and nutritional information labels, best-before date labels and promotional labels for a wide range of food and drink products. In cosmetics and personal care, we produce premium labels in a range of finishes for skincare, haircare, fragrance and wellness brands. In pharmaceuticals, we produce serialisation-ready labels, prescription labels, batch coding labels and regulatory compliance labels. In household chemicals, we produce durable labels engineered to resist the aggressive cleaning and chemical environments these products operate in. In agriculture, we produce nursery labels, crop identification labels and product labels for agrochemical products. In logistics and manufacturing, we produce barcode labels, asset tags, shipping labels and batch coding labels for production and supply chain use.
Our Process
1. Consultation and Requirement Review
We start by understanding your product, your container, your storage and distribution conditions, and your branding requirements. This conversation determines the material, adhesive and finish specification for your label before any design or production work begins.
2. Artwork and Label Design Support
If you have artwork ready, we carry out a full pre-press check to confirm it is production-ready for the material and print process being used. If you need design support, we can advise on layout, colour mode, resolution and bleed requirements and work with your designer or design team to get the artwork to a production-ready standard.
3. Material Selection
Based on the application review, we confirm the label material, adhesive type and face stock specification. We explain the options clearly and recommend what is most appropriate — not the most expensive option, but the right one for your product and environment.
4. Sample Approval
Before committing to a full production run, we produce a sample for your approval. This confirms the print quality, colour accuracy, finish and physical dimensions of the label before the full quantity is produced.
5. Printing and Finishing
Production runs are managed through our quality-controlled print and finishing process. Labels are printed, laminated, varnished, die-cut and wound to the specification agreed at the outset.
6. Quality Inspection
Every production run goes through a final inspection for print quality, dimensional accuracy, adhesive consistency and die-cut precision before release. Labels that do not meet the agreed specification are not released.
7. Fast Delivery
We confirm lead times at the quotation stage and meet them. For urgent requirements, we offer expedited production — talk to us about your timeline and we will tell you honestly what is achievable.
Not Sure Which Label Is Right for Your Product?
Material selection, adhesive type, finish options and print specification can be confusing — particularly if you are approaching label sourcing for the first time or dealing with a label performance problem you have not been able to resolve. Our team is straightforward to talk to and will give you a clear, honest recommendation based on your product, your container and your operating environment, not a sales pitch for the most expensive option.
