About Us
Nytron Integrated Services Ltd is a leading flexible packaging manufacturer committed to delivering world-class packaging solutions for modern brands. We are based in Lagos, Nigeria, and we serve businesses across local and international markets — from startups launching their first product to established manufacturers running high-volume commercial production.
We believe packaging is more than protection. It is your first impression, your silent salesperson, your product safeguard, and your consumer trust mechanism. That is why we combine advanced technology, production expertise, quality control and innovative material engineering to create packaging that performs under pressure while elevating your brand on the shelf.
Our Story
Nytron Integrated Services Ltd was founded in 2015 with one clear purpose: to give Nigerian brands access to world-class flexible packaging without having to look abroad. What started as a lean operation focused on bag conversion has grown into a comprehensive end-to-end packaging manufacturer — producing everything from co-extruded film and rotogravure-printed laminates to self-adhesive labels, shrink sleeves, aluminium foil solutions and scannable barcode systems.
We built our reputation one client at a time. By showing up, solving real packaging problems and delivering consistently — for startups launching their first product and for established brands running high-volume production. Today, businesses across food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, agriculture and industrial sectors trust NytronPackaging to protect their products and represent their brand on shelf.
How We Have Grown
In 2015 we launched with a focus on flexible bag conversion and supply to local food brands, with our first machines installed at our Berger, Lagos facility. By 2017 we had added in-house flexo and gravure printing capabilities, enabling a full design-to-print service and eliminating third-party print dependency for our clients. In 2019 we commissioned our co-extrusion and lamination plant, which expanded our barrier packaging capability and opened new markets in coffee, dairy and pharmaceuticals. In 2021 we introduced digital printing — giving small and medium-sized brands access to low minimum order quantities and photo-quality results, democratising access to premium packaging. In 2023 we launched our warehousing service with a 400 pallet capacity, allowing clients to produce in bulk and call off stock as needed. Today, having served over 500 clients across Nigeria and West Africa, we continue to invest in technology, capacity and talent — and the same commitment to personal service that built our reputation from the beginning.

Our Values
Quality Without Compromise. Every product we make is produced to exact tolerances. We hold no generic stock — each job is built to your specification from the brief we receive.
Client Partnership. We treat every client as a long-term partner. Your growth is our success, and we invest in that relationship from the first conversation.

Innovation. We continuously invest in new technology — from digital printing to reseal systems to barcode integration — so our clients always have access to the latest packaging solutions.
Transparency. No hidden costs, no surprises. We communicate clearly at every stage of the production process so you are always in control of your job and your budget.
Sustainability. We take our environmental responsibility seriously, working to reduce waste, eliminate unnecessary solvents and offer responsible packaging choices wherever the application permits.
Our Facilities
Our modern manufacturing plant in Lagos operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to meet the production schedules and delivery timelines our clients depend on. The facility houses our printing, lamination, co-extrusion, bag conversion, cylinder manufacturing and warehousing operations under one roof — making us genuinely end-to-end in a way that very few flexible packaging manufacturers can claim.
Key infrastructure includes advanced rotogravure and flexographic printing presses, automated laminating and slitting systems, a digital printing line for short runs and variable data applications, a precision cylinder engraving and chrome plating workshop, an in-house QA laboratory for barrier performance and seal integrity testing, and a warehousing facility with capacity for up to 400 pallets of finished packaging stock.
Industries We Serve
We supply flexible packaging solutions to businesses across a wide range of industries. Our clients operate in food and beverage — including confectionery, snacks, bakery, fresh produce, meat and poultry, dairy, frozen foods, ready meals, coffee, herbs and spices, and dry and wet food categories. We also serve pharmaceutical and healthcare manufacturers, cosmetics and personal care brands, agricultural and horticultural businesses, household and industrial product manufacturers, security packaging applications, and e-commerce and logistics operations. Each sector has its own technical requirements and regulatory environment, and we engineer our packaging solutions to meet those requirements specifically — not generically.
Certifications and Compliance
Our commitment to quality is backed by industry certifications and compliance with national and international packaging standards. We produce food-contact packaging to FDA compliant material specifications and our production processes are aligned with BRC Global Standard for Packaging and Packaging Materials. Our sourcing of paper and board-based materials is FSC certified, our quality management processes are aligned with ISO standards, and our pharmaceutical packaging is produced to the compliance documentation requirements of the pharmaceutical sector. All barcode systems are produced and verified to GS1 standards.
We provide full compliance documentation — material safety data sheets, certification copies and test reports — to procurement and quality teams on request. If you need documentation for a supplier qualification or audit process, contact us and we will supply what you need.
Why Work With NytronPackaging
There are many flexible packaging suppliers. What makes NytronPackaging different is the combination of technical depth, end-to-end capability, personal service and genuine investment in client outcomes that characterises every relationship we have.
We understand packaging engineering from the inside out — from barrier coefficients and seal strength to cylinder precision and print consistency. We offer the complete packaging journey under one roof, from cylinder manufacture to finished pack and barcode integration, which means one partner, one point of contact and no fragmented supply chain. We test every production batch against a documented quality standard and do not release product that does not meet spec. We adapt to your volumes, your timelines and your technical requirements — not the other way around. And we serve clients across multiple regions with full export documentation and compliance assistance, backed by the same direct, personal service we give to our local partners.
Whether you are a growing brand looking for a packaging partner who will take your brief seriously and deliver what they promise, or an established manufacturer looking to consolidate your packaging supply chain with a technically capable and reliable partner — we are worth talking to.
